Install, Upgrade, Clone, Patch - EBS (MOSC)

R 12.1.3 prerequisites required for upgrade

We recently installed EBS R12.1.3 with standard components on RHL version 5. I was asked to upgrade some components to the following;

* Oracle DB release version of "11.2.2.2.0"
* Oracle HTTP Server release version of "11.1.1.5.0"
* Oracle Report Builder release version of "11.1.2.0.0"

Can you please pass to me the recommended versions for each component in EBS R12 as we are in the middle of a very big project & correct me if I'm wrong in what I have mentioned above.
