Patch 9386653: AS115W.dll: The system cannot find the file specified.

We're upgrading EBS 12.0 to 12.1.
We're applying patch 9386653.. (Upgrading OracleAS 10g Forms and Reports in Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12 [ID 437878.1])
while applying this patch we got the below error:

..\apps\apps_st\appl\au\12.0.0\bin\AS115W.dll: The system cannot find the file specified.

and I checked the patch for file and there is no file named AS115W.dll..
