Company reorganization - Legal Entites & Operating units

Has anyone  successfully moved legal entites from one operating unit  to another operating unit  within one ledger 

We are on R12.06 and are unndetaking a company reorganization   current decentralized to a centralized concept.  5 oprtating units  to one operating unit by country , and we want to retail the legal entity (company values)

All operating units  belong to the same ledger

We are on a very tight timeframe to make this happen.

What are the potentiial pitfalls  ? Gothcas?

 Any comments are appreciated.
