PO 14142 Error for Internal Requisitions

Dear all,
 I am facing an issue , we want to implement AME for internal requisitions . we are already using it for iprocurement ,
now we want to use core purchasing forms for internal requisitions I had done the same set up for internal requisition as purchase requisition, after clicking on approve I am facing the following issue . we are using 12.0.4 , please help me.
