Receivables Holding Tax

Hi,

Is there a way that Oracle Receivables can cater / account for receiving the net amount of an invoice and not the tax amount.  The tax amount is to be reclaimed off the government.

I know that Payables can cater for with holiding tax from suppliers, I need to know if there is a way Receivables can be setup to only receive the net amount from the customer.
