How to enable the German/French language against a Vision environment on EBS R12.1.1.

hello,
For this demo (Vision), we'd like to enable the german/french language in R12.1.1. The French or German business users should be able to access the same system on their respective languages.

Do you have MOS documents regarding re-setting  EBS R12.1.1 this way.

At the end, we will have English, German and French.
