Security Profile Functionality

Hi Friends,

Could someone provide some pointers on my uqestion below.

We have defined a security profile using custom security and the query we are using is as below. The question we have is how system behaves when the users assignment changes to a different Org ID with which we are cross verifying in the below query. Please note that this security profile is being attached to a responsbility to restrict the people visible to that responsbility. If the employee moves to a different OU in future, would that emploee be visible only on the new OU based on the condition below or he would be visible in both OUs ?
