getting "ORA-01840: input value not long enough for date format"

Hi ,

We have upgraded our database from 10g to 11g and when we are running a disco report we are getting "ORA-01840: input value not long enough for date format" error.

we have ran the same query in 10g database and could get the data but if it when i run in 11g i get an error.

I have also ran the respective queries in database directly but no luck

Please do let me know if any idea.
