Differences between the 11.5.10.2 and R12 Open Enrollment

We will be upgrading to R12 in the next year and doing some analysis on the HCM and Advanced Benefits areas.  If anyone has done the configuration or upgrade in this area, please let me know are the items that have changed or will require re-configurations.
