Patch 13718971:R12.ITM.C:.IGW_BUDGET_CATEGORY_V Invalid

Applied Patch 13718971:R12.ITM.C   and performed the following steps

a.  Using ad-admin utility re-link INV and WMS libraries
b.  re-generate java files using ad-admin utility
c.  re-compile invalid objects using ad-admin utility.
d.  Now bounce the application and database servers.


Following view got INVALID After that:


SQL> ALTER VIEW APPS.IGW_BUDGET_CATEGORY_V COMPILE;

ALTER VIEW APPS.IGW_BUDGET_CATEGORY_V COMPILE

ORA-00979: not a GROUP BY expression
