Does Internet Expenses handle GST and HST?

Hi all,

We are implementing Oracle Internet Expenses as part of our upgrade to 12.1.3.  For our Canadian operating unit we are subject to GST and HST on our expense reports.  I'm being told that Oracle doesn't handle this and that we'll have to import the expense report into Payables and then manually break out the taxes on the invoice.  This is a huge burden and we estimate having to add 2 FT employees to handle this.  So what's the real story as I'm having a hard time imaging that the system can't handle this?
