ServerStats: DataCollector not working in Oracle Load Testing

Hi,
I'm trying to use ServerStats in Oracle Load Testing (v12.1.0.1.0 build 361) and can't make it work properly. I'm upgrading from OATS 8.4 to 12.1, so I'm used to this feature. I'm getting this message while testing configurations:
«Timed out on task id 12891 after 240000 ms waiting for a response.
(message id=app.taskTimeout)»
The authentication manager have been configured with the same user and password than thoses indicated in Load Testing's agent parameters. The user agent is running as administrator on the host station.
Anyone had this problem before, or know what is the problem?
The host is a Windows XP SP3.
