Siebel Web client users unable to access Application
As part of troubleshooting, we have done the following things.
1. Manually run the query on the database. We can run it fine.
2. Manually access the File system and it is accesisble.
3. Delete the user preferences and check. The issue exists even after we do this.
This issue occurs on both the DB authenticated and LDAP authenticated object manager. The stuck query is -
