Apr CPU 2012: trying to determine list of patches for our env

We are using oracle E-business suite R12.1.3,  web home 10.1.3.5 tool home 10.1.24 and database home 11.1.7.
We have decide not to apply PSU, therefore only consider those one-off cpu patch avaiable.

According to the above env we come up a list as followed:
according to doc 1406263.1 and 1406574.1

database home (11.1.0.7):
13632731
9288120
10073948
Since we don't have warehouse builder, and our oc4j home is at 10.1.35, I figure that we don't need patch 11738232 nor patch 13705478).
However, we are planning to use database control therefore, I include patch 9288120 and 10073948

We have applied Jan CPU 2012  therefore, there is no patches required for our web home and tool home.
