Hello,

Reconfiguring a StorageTek 2540 with 1 TB SATA disks. After the powerup cycle, the array sets the amber fault light. After registering the array using CAM, the following is noted:

StorageTek 2540

From the CAM 6.9.0.16 alarms screen:

Description: Enclosure tray Tray.00 lost redundancy, working channel: 0.

Event Code: 70.66.1033

Array Health is "Degraded"

Amber Fault Light: "On"

This occurs on any 2500 series StorageTek array with any SATA disks (of any capacity).

What steps are required to clear this fault, turn off the amber light,  and get the array health status to "OK" ?

Howdy, Stranger!
