R12 EBS Hardware for N Number of User

Hi Expert,

I have EBS 12.1.3 running on HP RH Linux 5 Muti-Node with 4 CPU Processor and 16GB Memory on both server(application and Database), and have concurrent user of 50 .
Now we want to implement HRMS self service  where number of user using self-service can go up to 600.

Can you suggest me note or rough idea about the Hardware i need to run my system with out performance problem.
