asmdisk_cache Kernel Dump after oracleasm stop

Hello,
i have installed a newly SLES11 SP2 VM with oracleasmlib.
I can successfully initialize my disks but as soon as the machine will be rebooted
or when manuall stopping the asmlib with oracleasm stop
the maschine does a kernel dump.
Have anyone seen this behaviour?

kernel: [  449.167345] slab error in kmem_cache_destroy(
): cache `asmdisk_cache': Can't free all objects
