Java applet does not continue on loading

HI,

   Can anyone help me with my concern.

   I need to apply Patch 19 to upgrade forms and reports version into 6.0.8.28.0.

   there were 3 patches inside patch 19 (6194129,13384700,9935935)

   I have applied and tested patch 6194129 and oracle application is still working fine but after applying 13384700 successfully when Oracle application was tested an error occured.

   Java Applet does not continue its loading everytime it reaches half of the loading bar.

   Can anyone help me with the solution?
