Service Request Object - Created Date & Close Date Query !

Hi All,

   We have a new requirement under Service Request object where the "Created Date" and "Closed Date" fields are to be

updated based on a country value from the "Country" field. Currently these date fields operate based on the "Time Zone" in

the user profile page.

E.g If the time zone is India under the user profile then the dates "Created Date" and "Closed Date" will reflect indian

timings but our requirement is to have these date fields updated with time based on the country value selected from a pick

list.

As far as I know this set up cannot be changed, please let me know if you some suggestions.
