Java Extension rules failed

Hi All,I'm starting working with java expression for RPAS, using the document How To write java Extensions for RPAS.
I set the RPAS_JAVA_CLASSPATH=C:\oracle rpas\13.3.0.8\nt\rpas\lib\oracleRpasUtils.jar;C:\oracle rpas\13.3.0.8\nt\rpas\lib\myAddsOn.jar
where "myAddsOn.jar" are a set of classes written for the javaexpressions.
The problem  is that opening the Configuration Tool rules with java expression are still in red, as if "myAddsOn.jar" was not considered.
Is it right? because also in the guide the printscreen shows rules in red on the configurator.
Many Thanks.

Howdy, Stranger!
