Master Configuration Rules - Guide on How to Use

Hello

My aim is to try and restrict what positions can be used as children of another position. In the guide it appears that you should be able to set up such a rule.

However, the Use Guide R12 is very confusing and I've tried setting up a rule but can't seem to achieve what I want. Also, the screen doesn't appear to follow the guide.

It is probably just me and not understanding. So is there an idiot's guide to how to use these rules?

Any help would be most welcome.
