Enterprise Manager Database Control dbconsole startup failure after upgrade to 11.2.0.3

Dear community,

I have following problem:

On 11.2.0.1 EM DB Control worked, but after update to 11.2.0.2 EM DB Control fail to start. Upgrade to 11.2.0.3 didn't help EM still is not starting.

I already tried to recreate EM DB Control Repository, still same error.

So when I start it, it fails with following error:

$emctl start dbconsole
