How to change PO quantity after partial receiving

Hi,

 

We made PO for 100 KG & 80 KG is received. Now we don’t want to purchase remaining 20 KG. Please advice the steps to make change in PO to stop further receiving & to nullify the outstanding status of 20 KG.
