Addition Cost Elements in Standard Item Cost

Hi,
We have a requirement of including various cost elements in Standard Item Cost.
Item = Item A
Cost Elements
Freight
Insurance
Clearance
Duties

Could you please let me know how can i accomplish the same.

We have PO, INV, OM modules.

I have tried with creating "Overheads" and making them as Sub-Elements.

Is this the correct way or is there any better option for the same.
