Implementing Service Contracts - standalone

We are implementing Service Contracts as standalone to author, approve and bill functionalities on top of Oracle Financials. Created Service Contracts and submitted for Approval successfully. When we submit the Billing (after submiting the Service Main Billing concurrent program), we execute the AutoInvoice program. We have defined Accounting Rule and Invoicing Rules as Immediate and Arrears Invoice. The Service Main Billing program is not putting the records to AR Interface Tables. How we can make the Service Main Billing program to put the data to AutoInvoice Program interface table?
