Logo which has been loaded to hosting library from local drive doesn't display

Hey, we have tried load logos from local drive <jpg> to hosting library but it doesn't show up when clicking on preview, when we load by URL to logo which is already somewhere else on the internet by loading URL it does work - any reason or solution to this problem??
