How to hard insert page break if group of transactions can't fit in the rest of the page?

Ex: Half of the page1 is occupied by the customer1 data and customer 2 data can't fit in the rest of the page1. Is there way to tell BIP to skip to page2?  We don't want apply page break for each customer.
