Row 1 Error - You cannot create a rule for this transaction type as it belongs to a different

Hi,

We upgraded from 11.5.10 to 12.1.3. Our tax should be applied based on OM/INV transaction types in O2C. SO we created TAX DETERMINATING FACTOR SETS and CONDITION SETS and tried to apply these to TAX Rules. It wes errored out as given error message above.

What we did is, created TAX DETERMINATION FACTOR SET based on TRANSACTION GENERIC CLASSIFICATION.

DTERNINATION FACTOR CLASS: TRANSACTION GENERIC CLASSIFICATION

DETERMINING FACTOR NAME: TRANSACTION TYPE

Condition SET: TRANSACTION TYPE = ABC GB INV (AR TRANSACTION TYPE)

It was erroring out when we were trying to apply these to TAX RULE.

ERROR MESSAGE:

Row 1 Error - You cannot create a rule for this transaction type as it belongs to a different configuration owner than the tax .
