ODA Patching

Patch 9004119 was released for RAC One Node, but I can't find any documentation on whether or not you should apply that patch directly to an ODA running RAC One Node.  I know that the ODA releases patch bundles for the whole system, but I don't see patch 9004119 included in any of those.
