Database Install/Upgrade/Opatch (MOSC)

Patch 11.1.0.7.11 failed and the message was to 'see Opatch document to restore home manually'

I searched Metalink for a document to remove this patch, 11.1.0.7.11, and can only find the release notes for 11.1.0.7 patch application (800594.1) that contains instructions to remove the patch set.

Are the instructions to remove a patch always the same and I can use these instructions?

This is only the second patch I have applied and the first one worked fine.

Please advise how to proceed.

This is the result from opatch lsinventory - it looks like I might be ok, but I would appreciate advice.

/usr/sbin> opatch lsinventory
