Upgrade to 12c

Hello,

Our current Grid is 10.2.0.5 and we want to upgrade to 12c.  Our repository database (11.2) is in a Data Guard Configuration.  We have an OMS running on each server (primary and standby) with an F5 load balancer.  Under this configuration, we want to use the 2-System Upgrade to get to 12c. 

So far, I have applied the 12c pre-upgrade patch and now have access to the 12c GUI. 

What is the next step in this process?  I'd like to keep the standby database current with the primary for as long as possible, but when do I 'break' it?  Any pointers or a good outline for the next steps with this upgrade process would be greatly appreciated.
