need to fix a repository mount

Anyone know how to fix a repository that mounted with an ip address in the mount command instead of  server name?  Or, where is the config file that mounts the repository during boot so that I can correct it?
I have a repository that mounted via an IP address but in the database it is by name.  It was an error that popped up after re-installing the Manager due to another problem.  I caused the problem and now know what I did wrong but doesn't help me to fix the problem.
