Latest patchset Update

Hi,
I hope all are doing well.

I am planning to upgrade the my clusterware with two node rac and database from 11.2.0.1 to 11.2.0.2 release.

I am also planning to apply 13837673 patch.

Can some one please let me know the ablove patch is only for exadata or can we apply for all the DB's.
