Missing Customer Profile window in version R12

Hello,

EBS 11.5.10.2:   When creating a service request, the window Customer Profile was open.

After migration to R12, the window Customer Profile is no more open.

How to open it automatically in R12?

Note:

The information exists in Contact center window.
