Tax Replacement Form in update tax category (India Localization)

in E-Business Tax (MOSC)
Hi,

We are looking for some document or guide on Replacement Of Tax Codes In Update Tax Categories Form.

We have to change taxes on all Open PO from Service tax 10.3% to Service Tax 12.3%.

Also wanted to know that what is transaction number and meaning of date range in Find Update Tax form.

Need your valuable suggestion on urgent basis.
