Problems installing a new instance with dbca

With patch 2.1.0.3 we got problems installing a new instance with DBCA telling us that the "Database version 11.2.0.0.0 is incompatible with diskgroup DATA". The workaround for this was in step 9 to chose "All initialization Parameters" and change "Compatible from 11.2.0.0.0 to 11.2.0.2.0".

But with patch 2.2 we are not able to go to step 9 to change compatibility, it fails earlier.

In step 6 after we choose ASM and +DATA this message pops up:

"Diskgroup +DATA is not compatible for database usage. Database compatible attribute of diskgroup should be same or lower than the database compatible initialization parameter value. Database compatible parameter is set to 11.2.0.0.0 and the diskgroup database compability attributes is set to 11.2.0.2".

Howdy, Stranger!
