I need to recover a database dropping tablespaces I wont be restoring - Is this script ok?

Hi experts.

I need to recover a database to another database that will be named TEST, dropping tablespaces I won't be restoring - Is this script ok?
Version 9.2 - No archivelog.
Please notice the "Drop tablespaces before the alter database resetlogs.

Attached is the script.
