how to manage oracle database 9.2 with grid control 10

hello,
I want to be able to manage bases oracle 9.2 which are on waiters sun solaris 9, starting from a station customer Windows 7 professional 64 bits.
is it possible to do it starting from the grid control oem 10?
so yes which are the technical solutions?
