iExpense Submission Review Screen View/Add Attachments

On the iExpense Submission Review Screen, there is a View and Add Attachments button. How do I remove the Add Attachments button while leaving the View Attachments link? I need this ASAP as we go live with iExpense next week! We are having the attachments auto-attached and do not want the users to have the option to attach anything themselves, but management needs the ability to review the attachments in order to approve the expense reports. Please help!!!!  ANY help will be Greatly Appreciated!!!!
