Upgradation of Production Database from 10.2.0.3 to 11g R2 on AIX with RAC

Dear All,
Getting downtime for any maintenance and upgrade is a big challenge with us.
Presently we are at 10.2.0.3 with RAC on AIX 5.3  with two DB nodes

Need help to upgrade the same to 11g R2 with minimum downtime.
Can anybody help us in providing the guidelines
