SARM: UserID information missing in App Server SARM files

It appears, that App Server SARM files do not contain UserIDs, which prevents me from running commands such

    sarmquery78 . -sel area=DBC -agg SUBAREA -agg user

Why is this? Is it any different in v8 ? (We have 7.8)

(SWSE SARM files do contain UserIDs though - at least some of the records)
