Attributes not syncronizing to CRM OD

Hi,
I created days ago some Insight attributes in ODM, but cannot find them in CRM OD. 

What do I need to do sync them? 
Are they sync as Lead fields? If not, ehre are they syncronized?

I guess that if I create the fileds manually in CRM OD and set up the mapping, it will work, but that it does't seem very handy.
