Distribution of FSG reports from Report Manager to Excel

We are in the midst of upgrading from 11.5.10 to 12.1.3.  We currently distribute all FSGs in ADI to specific directories on our intranet.  We would like to continue doing this, but do not know how to make Report Manager do this.  Is there a standard way to do this with Oracle or even a work around?  The Repository Manager maintains it all within the Oracle database.  Our preference is to maintain the data externally.  You help would be appreciated.  Thanks, dkenny
