cannot connect to administration console
Background describe:
Server 1: Foundation service and Planning
Server 2: Essbase and SQL server database
Everything was working fine yesterday, but it can not connect to administration console in the server 2 this morning.The Maxl is working, while the only thing is logging in the administration console is not successful. I stoped everything, and then start them again, the problem still there.
Directly, the planning is not working either in the server 1. The work space URL can not be open. It shows: no backend server available....
Can anyone help wih it?
By the way, the IT department patch the system yesterday. They do the patch once a month.
