Calculate extended amount in foreign currency with correct decimal

In batch mode is there a way to calculate foreign extended amount from foreign unit price * quantity shipped and come up with correct decimal point? In P4210 business function F4211 Edit line does it correctly but in batch mode I don't use that bussiness function, just a straight multiplication, it keeps carrying two decimal points in the field for JPY currency while P4210 drops the two decimal points automatically.
