Changes between 12.0.4 and 12.1.3 (Financials)

Can some one please tell me, important points or additional features or changes between 12.0.4 and 12.1.3.
I need to give a presentation on this to my client, recommending to upgrade to 12.1.3.

Also if any technical changes like Tables structures, etc... please let me know, so that i can also emphasis on this changes.
