phone number and role missing in R12 for Service engineer set up as customers
We are having a peculiar issue.
Our Service engineers are sey up in customer master as type 'Person'
Each of them have a role and phone number. This is appearing in 11i.
In r12, the role and phone number is missing.
Any idea if we need to populate this data in some new table in R12.
