On :  12.1.1 version, Patch Application Issues

Applying 12.1. upgrade patch applying 6678700, all workers are failing with the following error:

ORA-00001: unique constraint (AR.AR_CASH_BASIS_DISTRIBUTIONS_U1) violated applying u6678700.drv
