Item Attribute Price Tolerance under Purchasing group defaulting to zero.

Hi,

We're on R12.1.3 instance.

When I open the Master Item form to create a new item and Price Tolerance attribute[Purchasing sub tab] value is automatically populating to 0[zero] %. I'm really not sure from where it is getting defaulted.

Any idea guys?
