Application Setup Diagnostic - Purchasing, Order Management & Inventory - 12.1.3

We are upgrading from 11.5.10 to 12.1.3 and I am trying to determine appropriate diagnostic to use for validating profile options and setups for Purchasing, Order Management & Inventory

So far I have used:

Purchasing>Setup>Purchasing (for 2 operating units)

Inventory>Setup>Organization Data Collection (for 3 inventory orgs)

Order Management>???

Is this the extent of the diagnostics available for verifying/validating profile options ansd setups for these applications?
